BAE Systems will transfer technology and know-how to PGZ, increasing Poland’s production capabilities and helping to bolster NATO’s eastern flank. The munitions factory will use BAE Systems’ manufacturing technology and feature the same automated technology that will deliver a sixteen-fold increase in production capacity of 155mm artillery shells at its facilities in the UK.

AADP is the Armyʼs flagship initiative to develop future business leaders and establish a sustainable internal consultancy capability to drive strategic change across Army HQ. Created in 2016 by the Chief of the General Staff, AADP blends Executive MBA study,  leadership development and intensive business and consultancy skills training. Each year, up to 20 high‑potential participants - primarily Lieutenant Colonels and Senior Executive Officers, with cohorts typically 85% military and 15% civil servants join the programme.

The Coalition of the Willing is composed of senior industrial leaders who provide expertise, research, and strategic insights to NIAG representatives across tasking, studies, and initiatives. Members of the Coalition serve in a personal capacity, not as company delegates, and may in due course be elected to full NIAG membership when spaces become available.

Defence Secretary John Healey will launch the Defence Industrial Strategy (DIS) on a visit to defence technology firm Rowden, in Bristol, where he will open the firm’s new facility. Veteran-founded firm Rowden produce critical sensing and decision-making capabilities for the Armed Forces and significant growth in recent years means they now boast an engineering and production footprint of more than 20,000 sq ft in Bristol. 

The product is being developed by Defence Technologies, the newly branded platform formed through Defence Holdings' strategic partnership with Whitespace Global Limited ("Whitespace"), a leading UK deep-technology company specialising in AI infrastructure for defence, national security, and regulated public sector operations.
